Menzies
Environment
- Net-zero across all 3 scopes by 2045. Menzies’ net-zero targets were approved by the SBTi in June 2024.
- 25% of global motorized GSE to be electric by 2025, with 22% of all GSE electric as of 2024 (on track to meet the 25% goal.)
- Signatory of Clean Skies for Tomorrow to accelerate sustainable aviation fuels.
- Zero waste-to-landfill in cargo operations by 2026.
Social

Tristar
Environment

- 46% reduction in energy consumption and 13% reduction in water use from 2022.
- Increasing biofuel use, which comprises 20% of Tristar’s total UAE land transport fuel.
- Building the first hybrid electric oil barge in the GCC region designed to run on 100% biofuels and will produce 50% lower GHG emissions compared to traditional barges.
- Solar energy projects produced 1,459,582 kWh of energy in 2024, avoiding 650 tons CO2e.
- Scope 2 GHG emissions have reduced by 52% since 2021 as a result of its increasing renewable energy adoption.
- 60% of Tristar’s administrative vehicles in Dubai are electric.

Agility Logistics Parks
Environment
- Saudi Arabia and Cote D’Ivoire logistics parks received first EDGE Advanced green building certification for warehousing facilities in MENA and West Africa; demonstrating at least 40% more energy efficiency relative to market.
- One megawatt solar plant installed in a new warehouse in India. This will reduce power costs by 60%, and it will avoid 1,180 tons CO2e annually – equivalent to planting approximately 54,100 trees.
- This will be Agility’s third warehouse in India with a solar plant.
- Installed three new, up to 20,000 liters/day water treatment plants in 2024 in Ghana, Mozambique and India, alongside a new sewage treatment plant and a new effluent treatment plant at two sites in India.
- 20-30% of building materials are sourced regionally for most new projects.
- 3,800 tons CO2e Total operational GHG emissions savings per year from EDGE certified warehouses compared to conventional warehouse designs.

- Six Alliad warehouses are powered by solar in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

- Shipa Freight is partnering with an emissions calculation platform to enable customers to understand and mitigate delivery carbon footprint.
- Shipa Delivery transitioned to biodegradable pouches for document delivery to reduce plastic use, and also developed and implemented a route optimization tool to enhance delivery efficiency, reducing carbon emissions
- Shipa Delivery is partnering with a major customer to introduce hybrid vehicles in Kuwait for last mile deliveries.
